Orange Starts Deploying LTE-A Services in Morocco

Orange Morocco announced on Twitter that it has started rolling out LTE-A network upgrades enabling theoretical speeds of 500 Mbps, working alongside its technology partner Huawei.

With the ambition of becoming the fastest network in the country, the operator presented the results of speed tests in locations including Casablanca and Marrakesh.

It has also revealed that its current LTE footprint already covers 280 locations across Morocco.
