A new 180-seat waterfront restaurant is in the works for the Morocco pavilion at Epcot, the Disney Food Blog reports.

Rashid Choufani, the operating partner of Morocco eateries Restaurant Marrakesh and Tangierine Cafe, told the blog construction is slated to begin in January on the new Tapaz Restaurant, which will offer authentic Moroccan and Mediterranean cuisine, the report said.

Choufani — who also is a partner in the 5,000-square-foot, two-story Paradiso 37 restaurant in Downtown Disney — couldn’t immediately be reached for comment. But stay tuned as this continues to develop.
