Morocco’s consumer price index dropped 0.1% year-on-year in July, from a drop of 0.7% in June, the high commission for planning said on Wednesday.

On a month-on-month basis, the index dropped 0.3% on the back of a 1.6% decrease in food prices.

Core CPI, which excludes prices of volatile goods, was flat month-on-month and up 0.7% year-on-year.
