Morocco is preparing to welcome more than 90 exhibitors and over 6,000 visitors at what is expected to be the country’s largest so far solar power exhibition, taking place between February 23 and 25, 2016.

The fifth edition of Solaire Expo Maroc, an annual international exhibition of solar energy and energy efficiency, will be sited at the Parc des expositions de l’Office des changes (CICEC) in Casablanca.

Last year, the event gathered 75 exhibitors and was attended by over 4,500 people.

According to Rachid Bouguern, initiator and manager of the exhibition, the 2016 expo will offer attendees a clear vision for the African and the Moroccan market, the latest developments and innovation in the solar power sector as wells as good opportunities for business networking.

At the beginning of February, the same venue is hosting another international photovoltaic exhibition and conference called Photovoltaica.
