Here’s more evidence that the world is shrinking — psychologically and commercially: The Morocco Mall opened last week in Casablanca. A kind of Mall of America of Morocco, it will be among the five biggest malls in the world, with 350 stores and an IMAX movie theater, aquarium and musical fountain.
