The Middle East and North Africa Business Aviation Association (MEBAA) is moving its MEBAA Show Morocco to Marrakesh Menara Airport, with the next event now set for September 12-13, 2017. The show was launched in 2015 in the coastal city of Casablanca and is now switching the venue 150 miles south and inland to Marrakesh. According to MEBAA, Morocco now accounts for around half of North Africa’s business aircraft movements.

The 2015 show saw 2,033 visitors as well as 57 exhibiting companies. The 2017 event is expected to draw more than 2,500 visitors and 65 exhibitors ranging from global companies to local and regional businesses.

“We are thrilled to be returning to Morocco with MEBAA in 2017,” commented founding chairman Ali Alnaqbi. “The move to the new location presents an opportunity for an increase in exhibitor numbers and facilities for exhibitors and visitors alike,” he said.
