HM The King Presides Over A Council Of Ministers In Oujda

Oujda – HM King Mohammed VI presided, Sunday at the headquarters of the wilaya in Oujda, over a Council of Ministers, the Royal Court said in a statement.

In the beginning of the Council, the minister delegate to the head of the government in charge of civil service and administration modernisation, gave a presentation on the legal effect of the decision of the Constitutional Council 854/12 of June 3, 2012 concerning the organic law 02-12 on appointment to senior posts, pursuant to articles 49 and 92 of the Constitution, aimed at making the provisions of articles 2 and 3 of the said organic law consistent with the Constitution, by removing the procedure of approval of appointments and replacing it with the principle of appointment.

Afterwards, the Council approved 12 multilateral international agreements as part of the Kingdom’s willingness to comply with its international commitments with regard to the protection of intellectual and industrial property, the protection of labour force, social security and the protection of the environment.

The Council also approved three bilateral agreements on cultural cooperation with the Republic of Peru, road transport with Turkey and air transport with Gambia.
