A DHL Freight team is participating in Mission Morocco – an attempt to cover 2,777 km with speed bikes in maximum 31 days – for a fund-raising project for the charity SOS Kinderdörfer. The team’s three cyclists have just set a milestone by going over a huge mountain called Mont Ventoux instead of cycling round its foothills. The battle took hours and the wintery conditions were harsh. An accompanying vehicle was forced to the side of road and only the lostandfound.com GPS could locate the bikers. The team wants to end its project at the DHL terminal in Geneva (Switzerland) at 13.30 on 6 February.
